Can I place an order without registration on the website?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address and phone number for correspondence. However, we highly recommend that you do create a GFAAB account.
How can I create a GFAAB account?


Just click on the “Account” icon on the top-right hand corner of the page and click “create an account”. Fill in your Name, Email ID & Password. And, it’s done!

Click on Account icon ( top right hand corner) >> click in create account >> Fill the required details >> click on submit.

How can I save my address on GFAAB?

You have an option of setting up a default address , this address will be recorded for future purposes.-  This way you need not have to keep on filling in your details every time you place a new order.

Please follow the below steps to update the address in your Luxbeauty account.

Login to your GFAAB account>> click on Account icon>>Click on view address (to the right-hand side)>> Click on add address>>Fill the details and click on add address option.

What if I have forgotten my account password?

 

When signing in you can click on the “forgot password” option available just below the column provided to enter your registered email ID.

You will be redirected to a new page where you need to fill in your registered email address. Then a reset password link will be shared on the email ID. Fill in the new password that you wish to set and… you are good to shop all your favorite products

Will my personal information be safe?

Do not worry, we have taken all measures to keep your information safe and confidential.

We use the latest security and encryption techniques to ensure the security of your personal information. We ensure you that we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We view the protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information are one of our most important assets.

How do I check the current status of my order?

Just click on ORDER TRACKING, enter Your order ID and Email address to get details of your orders. After your order is placed successfully you will receive a confirmation over registered email ID.

We ideally process your order within 24-48 hours and thrive to deliver the same to you within 2-4 working days.

How can I make changes to the order once it is confirmed?

Sorry, we cannot make any changes to your confirmed order with respect to address/ product/contact number, etc.

What to do if payment is deducted but order is not processed / order confirmation is not received?

The amount deducted gets credited back to your account within 7 working days if the order is not processed. However, we would request you to write to us at support@gfaabltd.com before placing your next order to avoid order duplication and we will revert back with the order details.

Why is my order not showing in my account?

If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please do not worry, first try troubleshooting by checking your registered email ID even if you are unable to check the order details you can write to us at sales@gfaabltd.com

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Sure, you can… Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping cart and then click on the “checkout” button.

Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however, the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real-time basis. Also, there is a possibility that the product you loved may get out of stock.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered, and the shipping address.

You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details via email.

We ideally process your order within 24 hours and thrive to deliver the same to you within 2-4 working days.

How do I place the order?

Once you have selected the item you liked, simply click on the “Add to Cart” tab. Your product will be added to the cart. Click on “Update the contact/ shipping details”. You will be redirected to the payment page, select the payment method and click on complete order.

Create an account / Login to your account >> Click on the Product >> Click on Add to cart >> Update the contact/ shipping details >> Click on continue to shipping >> Select payment Mode >> Click on complete order.
