What can be returned?

You may return most new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items sold on our website www.gfaabltd.com and mobile application within 2 days of delivery.

Exceptions:

• Hair Products: Due to hygiene concerns, all hair extensions, wigs, and hair care products are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Sale Items: Discounted items marked down as "final sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
• Souvenirs: Due to the delicate nature of some souvenirs, we recommend contacting customer service before returning any souvenir items.

What condition must the returned items be in?

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

How to return an item?

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your account on our website or app.
• Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
• Initiate a return request by following the on-screen instructions.
• We will provide you with a return shipping label (for a fee) or instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
• Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Shipping costs for returns:

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

For incorrect or damaged items, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Processing time for refunds:

Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. You will receive a notification email once your refund is complete.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return an unwanted item and use the refunded amount to place a new order for the correct item.
